The Great Debate
The annual Library Week debate will be contested this year by representatives from the local colleges – Tauhara versus Taupo Nui A Tia. The moot: Technology is ruining society.

The story of Eddy
Local schools in Taupo have been invited to create and tell the story of Eddy the Taupo Library mascot. The winning story will become the official story of Eddy and the school will receive books courtesy of Wheelers Bookshop.
