We believe in providing access to our material to everyone, and as part of our role in making sure your visit to the library is as enjoyable as possible we have some tools to help you find the the perfect book.

Clear View Large print reader

Our Clear view large printer reader can help you while you are in the library to read the blurb on the back of books so you can make sure to chose a book you will really enjoy.

If you are not sure how to use the Large printer reader staff are happy to show you how it works and get you ready to go.

Portable Text Reader

We also have a portable text reader which you are able to take with you as you move around the library which will magnify portions of text on the back of the book, this is great as you can use it while browsing.

Talk to staff to access the portable text reader as it is kept behind the counter, staff are happy to show you how it works.

Ezy Walkers

Donated by the friends of the library we have some Ezy walkers available for library patrons to use while browsing in the library. These Ezy walkers make it much easier for you to carry your books and even have a seat while you are in the library.

Just ask staff if there is not one immediately available we have some available in the staff room.
