All items are issued for 4 weeks unless specified.
- Books: Fiction, Non-Fiction and Large Print Books can be renewed once for another four weeks. Contact any of our community libraries to renew your books.
- ARLA: Adult reading and learning assistance collection.
- Magazines: 2 weeks loan
- DVDs: $3.00 per item / 1 week loan
- CDs: $0.50 per item / 4 week loan
- Talking books on cassette and CD National Library Talking Books (Special conditions apply – Talk to staff)
- Books: Fiction and Non-Fiction, Talking books, Graphic Novels, Study guides

Databases are a collection of journals and magazines that have been edited, vetted and published by experts. Databases are a fantastic way to find scholarly indepth information. Taupo library subscribes to EPIC national initiative which allows us to provide access to a large selection of different databases.
