Don’t miss extra open day next Thursday
Due to popular demand, an extra session on the proposed options for the Commercial and Industrial Structure Plan is being held on Thursday 4 June, 4.00pm – 7.00pm at the Great Lake Centre.
The extra open day, being held in the foyer of the GLC, will demonstrate ideas for creating a vibrant and appealing heart for the CBD including options for commercial and industrial development and designing and re-zoning area’s around the East Taupo Arterial.
A range of plans and options will be on display and Council officers will be on hand to explain the ideas, answer questions and take on board any feedback.
“If you didn’t get a chance to attend last week, make sure you book next Thursday in your diary,” said Gareth Green, Group Manager Environmental Services.
