Trees
For queries regarding planting of new street trees, complaints or requests for maintenance of trees on public land, e.g. public roads, reserves and sportsgrounds you can make an online request/query here or phone 07 376 0899.
Problems
- Problems with trees on private property need to be negotiated between the parties concerned. Council is not able to get involved.
- For fallen trees on private property, please contact the fire brigade.
- If trees are affecting power lines, contact your power supplier i.e. Trustpower, Meridian, etc.
